How we lay out the room is something we agree beforehand. Usually one visit is enough to see what works best for your occasion.

Common questions
Before you ask
How many guests fit in?
Up to 150 in the function room. There is no hard lower limit — with flexible seating the room works for 20 or 30 people without feeling empty.
What does a celebration cost?
It depends on the food, the drinks and the number of guests. We do not work with flat packages; we cost out what you actually want, and the price is fixed before the day.
Can our guests stay nearby?
Yes. Ferienpark Kreischberg with chalets and apartments is right next door. In Murau itself, our second house, the Egidiwirt, is an option.
How late can we celebrate?
Late. We agree the exact end together, so that everyone — including the neighbours — can live with it.
Can we decorate the room ourselves?
Yes. Tell us when you would like access and we will arrange it.
How far ahead should we enquire?
For weddings, as early as possible — a year ahead is not unusual. For family and club events a few weeks are usually enough. Ask anyway: dates sometimes open up at short notice.
